Our main concern is the safety of our customers and our team.  We have made some changes in regard to COVID-19 pandemic with regards to our floral design and delivery process.  Please read below for further details:

Contactless Delivery

​

One of the members of our team delivers the flower order personally.  The flowers are left on the front of the door, he knocks on the door or press the doorbell, and then distance himself.  From  a safe distance, he communicates with the receiver.  If no one receives it, we will ring the recipient to notify them that we left the flowers on the front of the house in a safe position.

Temporary Substitution Policy

​

In instances that a particular flower is not available, we will substitute it with flowers that have same effect and the same value as the original.

Flexible  Mother's Day Weekend Delivery

​

Mother's Day is the busiest time in our industry.  We will try our best to deliver on Sunday.  However, we may deliver on Saturday if the volume of delivery on Sunday is too big.
